After a few seconds, hold your lips tightly together and make your nostrils vibrate by imitating the sounds that yoga practitioners do when they meditate. Resume the double chin exercises by doing the chewing movement with your jaws. Make sure you don’t forget to inhale slowly and deeply as you do the exercises.
After repeating the steps two or three times, slowly make a gaping movement with your mouth and lightly press your tongue tip behind the area where your lower teeth are situated.
